Workshops
The Day After Foundation holds national workshops for Ukrainian women leaders who live in different regions, work in different fields, and are ready to invest their leadership in preparing Ukrainian communities and societies to build a sustainable and just peace in Ukraine.

Each workshop brings together 20 women leaders from different groups, including vulnerable ones (national minorities, rural women, youth, LGBT+, women with disabilities, veterans), who demonstrate leadership in various professional fields, for a two-day facilitated conversation about the experiences and needs of women during full-scale war, as well as about training and practical tools that will help Ukrainian women effectively participate in building a sustainable and just peace in Ukraine.
Part of the workshops is communication and exchange of experience with peacebuilding institutions and practices from different countries around the world, in particular, those that have gone through conflicts and have experience with women's participation in post-conflict reconstruction (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, South Africa, Northern Ireland, Yemen, and others).
The Day After Foundation also holds international workshops, involving women leaders from Ukraine and European countries to exchange effective practices and experience in the processes of strengthening national unity in societies, as well as to establish people-to-people contacts and horizontal ties between Ukraine and European partners.
