PUBLIC OFFER
on the granting of a voluntary charitable donation
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This public offer for a charitable donation (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer"), in accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, is an official proposal by the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION "THE DAY AFTER FOUNDATION" (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization"), located at: Apt. 93, 5 Volodymyra Pokotylo St., Kyiv, 03148, Ukraine, to an unspecified circle of individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Donor") to enter into an agreement for a charitable donation (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") under the terms set forth below.
1.2. This Offer shall enter into force from the moment of its posting on the Organization's website: https://www.foundationthedayafter.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and is of indefinite duration.
1.3. The Organization reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer at any time prior to its acceptance by posting the relevant information on the Website.
2. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The subject matter of this Agreement is the voluntary and free-of-charge transfer of funds by the Donor into the ownership of the Organization as a charitable donation for the implementation of its statutory activities.
2.2. The Donor shall independently determine the amount of the donation.
2.3. The Organization shall independently determine the directions of use of the donation within its statutory activities, unless otherwise agreed separately.
2.4. The transfer of funds is recognized as a charitable donation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activity and Charitable Organizations."
3. ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION
3.1. The Organization carries out its activities in accordance with the Statute and the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular in the following areas:

promoting the development of a culture of public dialogue and creating opportunities for the exchange of ideas regarding the development of democracy, ensuring equality, justice, and building sustainable peace in Ukraine and the world;

promoting the unity of the Ukrainian women's movement and creating educational opportunities for women and men for the development of value-oriented leadership;
-
supporting the participation of women in the processes of peacemaking, peacebuilding, peace negotiations, and preparation for peace;
-
facilitating the development and adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to international standards in the field of gender equality and building sustainable peace;
-
promoting equal rights and opportunities for women and men in the electoral process and in public authorities at all levels;
-
promoting the elimination of discriminatory restrictions regarding the participation of women in the sphere of security and defense;
-
supporting the provision of equal rights and opportunities for women and men in conflict and post-conflict periods;
-
promoting equal rights and opportunities in the field of labor, social protection, and entrepreneurship;
-
supporting the implementation of gender-responsive budgeting;
-
promoting the improvement of legislation on preventing and combating gender-based and conflict-related sexual violence;
-
organizing and conducting information, educational, advocacy, and media campaigns;
-
developing cooperation with state bodies, international, and non-governmental organizations;
-
participating in charitable events, campaigns, and projects;
-
promoting international exchange of experience;
-
protecting the legitimate interests of the members of the Organization.
3.2. The activities of the Organization are not intended to generate profit.
3.3. Information regarding the Organization's activities may be published on the Website.
4. MAKING A DONATION
4.1. The charitable donation is voluntary and non-refundable.
4.2. Donations are used for the implementation of the Organization's statutory goals.
4.3. The Donor shall make a donation by:

online payment through payment systems on the Website;
-
bank transfer to the Organization's account.
4.4. The Donor agrees that the donation may be used for statutory activities without additional approval.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. The Organization undertakes to use the donations in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the Statute.
5.2. The Organization has the right to independently determine the directions of use of the funds.
5.3. The Donor guarantees that:

they are acting voluntarily;
-
they have legal capacity;
-
the funds were obtained by legal means;
-
the donation does not violate the rights of third parties.
5.4. The Organization has the right to verify the origin of funds in case of doubts.
6. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER
6.1. Acceptance of this Offer is the performance by the Donor of any action aimed at making a donation, in particular:

payment through the Website;
-
bank transfer.
6.2. Датою акцепту є дата зарахування коштів на рахунок Організації.
6.3. Acceptance means the Donor's full agreement with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
7. PERSONAL DATA
7.1. The Donor gives consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
7.2. The data are used exclusively for:

implementation of this Agreement;
-
maintenance of financial reporting;
-
communication with the Donor.
8. LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. The Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
8.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
8.3. In case of impossibility — in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
