This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to the website:

PUBLIC ORGANIZATION "DAY AFTER FOUNDATION"
(address: Ukraine, 03148, Kyiv, Volodymyr Pokotila St., building 5, apt. 93),
further - "Organization".

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine.

1.2. The Policy defines the procedure for collecting, processing, storing and protecting personal data of Site users.

1.3. By using the Site, you confirm that you are a subject of personal data and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1.4. The organization ensures the confidentiality and protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

1.5. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of implementing the Organization's statutory activities, in particular in the areas of:

  • development of democracy and a culture of dialogue;

  • ensuring gender equality;

  • supporting women's participation in peacebuilding processes;

  • implementing educational, research and advocacy initiatives.

2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. What data do we collect?

We may collect the following personal data:

1) Data that you provide voluntarily:

  • first and last name;

  • e-mail;

  • phone number (if necessary);

  • payment data (through payment systems);

  • other information you provide when communicating.

2) Technical data:

  • IP address;

  • browser and device type;

  • browser language;

  • the pages you visit;

  • cookies.

2.2. Purpose of data processing

Your data is processed for:

  • processing charitable donations;

  • communication with you (thanks, replies, news);

  • ensuring the operation of the Site;

  • improving user experience;

  • implementation of the Organization's programs and projects;

  • compliance with legal requirements.

2.3. Transfer of data to third parties
The Organization may transfer personal data to third parties solely to the extent necessary to achieve the goals set forth in this Policy, in particular:

  • to payment providers, including the Portmone payment system, to process charitable donations;

  • banking institutions;

  • technical contractors (hosting providers, mailing services, CRM systems);

  • in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

Payment information (including bank card details) is processed directly by the payment provider Portmone in accordance with its rules and privacy policy. The organization does not store or process full payment card details.
All third parties to whom personal data is transferred are obliged to ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with the law.

2.4. Data storage

Personal data is stored:

  • for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing;

  • or in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

2.5. Data deletion

Your personal data may be:

  • deleted at your request;

  • destroyed after the expiration of the storage period;

  • deleted in other cases provided for by law.

2.6. Processing charitable donations

The Portmone payment system is used to make charitable contributions on the Site.

When making a payment, the user's personal and payment data are processed directly by the payment provider in accordance with its terms of use and privacy policy.

The organization receives only limited payment information (e.g. name, email, payment amount) necessary to record donations and communicate with the Benefactor.

3. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS

You have the right:

  • obtain information about your personal data;

  • request correction or update of data;

  • request deletion of data;

  • withdraw consent to processing;

  • object to processing;

  • contact the authorized bodies to protect their rights.
