Olena Zapolska is a mental health expert, psychotherapist, and facilitator of support groups, seminars, and training sessions. She works across the public and corporate sectors and maintains a private practice. Her work focuses on individual and collective trauma, loss, and specifically ambiguous loss.

Olena has years of experience working with women through both individual and group interventions.

Olena earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Kyiv Institute of Modern Psychology and Psychotherapy. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology.
