Olena Reikhert is the Community Manager at "The Day After" Foundation. She is responsible for the development and support of the Foundation's community. Her role involves planning and coordinating events—such as workshops, webinars, and study visits—as well as providing ongoing support to program participants. She works to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for interaction, experience sharing, and mutual learning.

She focuses on strengthening community capacity, fostering networking, and promoting active civic engagement among women leaders and activists.
